I had an excellent experience with these guys after I proposed with a well-worn family heirloom that needed a new mounting. My fiancée worked with Garrett on the perfect design for her ring. This was no simple matter as she is, let us say, exceedingly selective. Garrett was up to the challenge. Over this long process, his expertise, patience, kindness, creativity, responsibility and craftsmanship were on full display and much needed, and at the end of it all, we took home a divine thunderbolt of a ring that we both think is awesome - beautiful, durable, meaningful. H. Watson is my emphatic jeweler recommendation to whomever asks.

11 years ago we purchased a beautiful princess cut engagement band that was absolutely beautiful. We recently decided to upgrade the ring and finally purchase a wedding band for our upcoming wedding. I was very impressed with the upgrade and the wedding band. Watson Jewelry does amazing work and they are very personable . An amazing company with great customer service and personality. I will never go anywhere else but here! Thank you so much for everything, Garrett did a great job.

This is an excellent place for you to buy any diamond ring. I received a very good customer services from Mashi. She is a very sweet and funny lady. She helped me choose a wonderful engagement ring and I love it so much. I got there almost at close time, but they still helped me and stayed late to make the ring for me. I really appreciated what they did for me. I will come back again for the wedding bands. Will recommend Der-co to my friends and family.

So after 3 years of dating my girlfriend, I decided it was time to take the next step and propose to her. This was decided about 2 1/2 weeks before the 4th of July. Not being too familiar with the whole engagement ring shopping process, I turned to help to the folks at H Watson. With the amazing help of Connie, not only did she make it happen by having my ring ready within the 2 1/2 week time frame but she did so a few days earlier than that! Mind you this was all done over the phone and via text messaging as I was out of town during this time. So I shared a photo of the kind of ring my then future fiancé liked, Connie asked for my budget and timeframe I'd like to have this done. It was done in a non so transactional way but more of a consultative way where I did not feel pressured nor rushed. After Connie shared how long she's been in the jewelry business, I gave her the ball and let her run with it. The ball in this case was the diamond itself. Fast forward to 2 weeks later I visited her at their location and was amazed on how beautiful the ring was including the re-enforced setting the diamond was placed in. Originally the picture showed the diamond in a 3 prong setting but Connie knew better and went with a 6 prong setting ensuring the diamond stays secure.I cannot recommend Connie enough to alleviate the stress of choosing the right engagement ring. I will definitely go back when the time comes for our wedding bands!!

Kind & Caring. Even when there was an issue with the resizing of my ring they took good care of me and made sure that everything was done exactly the way I wanted it. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an overall positive customer experience.

Garrett and his staff were an absolute pleasure to work with in designing a custom engagement ring for my future wife. He spent a painstaking amount of time and effort into making sure we had the right one picked out. Even considering i changed the design on him several times he always kept his cool throughout the whole transaction. I would highly highly recommend H Watson and Garrett -- Keep up the good work guys!
