Before we checked out which was scheduled for noon and we couldn't get in the room the front desk stated they would have security to escort us, as if we were criminals. Rude front desk kids never staying again as we did abt 4x a year. Never again

The first room had Mold all over the Refrigerator and the cabinet that was around the refrigerator The chairs and the furniture was destroyed in the room had white stuff all over the bedroom bathroom was disgusting. They gave us a different room the bathroom was disgusting the exhaust fan head bold and dust all over it about an inch deep the bathroom was dirty the bathtub was disgusting the room was absoluthey unacceptable. They send some one to clean it and the bathroom was still not clean. And now iI cant get my Deposit back or the room credit that the game is still have not received it and it's been over a week.

My experience at traverse city location was beyond awful. And no, not a NORMAL type of awful. My game night box had an adult soiled diaper wrapped up inside. My sister and I unwrapped it and even touched it not know what it really was. And the responses I’ve gotten regarding this is sick! Like do y’all really care that the front desk gave one of your guests a dirty diaper? I need a call back ASAP. A refund doesn’t cut it. It wasn’t even a FULL refund! And to receive a 50% off voucher for a future one night stay is a slap in the face. I need to talk to someone about how it even happened! If my son would have opened that box on his birthday I wouldn’t be this patient and calm.

Go here if you want. But, lock your stuff away. My family and I got our entire bag stolen filled with phones, keys, and credit cards about an hour after we got to the hotel, in the water park. We spent the rest of our time without funds and trying to figure out how to get our stuff back. It was an older juvenile, caught on camera multiple times.He apparently stole from others as well and they caught him stealing earlier that day while he was with his parent, but never did anything about it . Police got involved but after shift change the next morning, the GW staff did not care. The manager was unremorseful and could not care less. What an exhausting and disappointing trip for our family; especially our 5 year old.

I need to talk to someone to fix this. I received a $100 voucher plus a free breakfast buffet for my bad experience with my family. I was going to go last year but had to cancel it for a personal reason. Jobe and Marie approved I could use it after expiration date and told me I wouldn't have any problems. I was trying to use it this week on the 50% off for the code getaway2 for August 27-28th. The person at grapevine Texas told me I can't use it. And that there's a 2 year thing. I went around 2021 with my family. I wasn't going to use it when the prices are ridiculous high. And this week I can afford it. I keep having bad experience with the great wolf and I am very upset. Supposed to give me good experience where I want to go back again. My first stay. The room was dirty. The hot tube was filthy when I was using it. No one told me I can still use the pool after my stay till someone told me. So they gave me the voucher. I don't have money to pay over $600 a night. So I rather pay $99 for a night during this 50%. And that gives me a total around $158. I already tried calling them. I have emailed two different emails. No help what so ever.

I stayed at the Mason,Ohio location went in my room # 3020 and there was blood on 2 of the kids bed... Was just total dissatisfied when i seen this stayed there on July 7 to the 8 of July.... That ruined the entire Day I have pictures to show someone at Headquarters Office...

I expressed my thoughts about how impossible it is to be an African-American male supervisor within the housekeeping department. I am the first and only cross-trained, African American Male Supervisor, with Houseman and a room attendant experience. Also, expressing my frustration as the supervisors doesn’t know what it feels like to be a Houseman. Also, voicing my frustration as supervisors don't know what it's like to be a Houseman.

Customer service is a joke and the manager of the Gurnee, IL location never called back, no one ever answers the front deskWe stay one night for my sons birthdayAnd we noticed the morning of our check out that our smoke detectors were cover up with some tope napkins.We let the cleansing crew know and also the front desk. At check out they didn’t gave a receipt. They said it will be email it to me and I didn’t got it until 2 weeks later and they charge me and extra $250 because Of “deep Cleaning” even that we told them our findings and told them that’s it was that way when we got there. Since they do not contact me I will dispute the charge with my credit card company

If I could give a negative review of this company right now I would. I booked online and it took more money than it was supposed to. Took almost 2 weeks to get my money back. Now gurnee is closed and they can't move us to WI. Now they said we can go 21-23 but will be charged extra. This is rediculous and has destroyed the feel we had going there the last three years.

My original book date had to be moved to unforeseen incidents on the great wolf lodge’s part. I was never notified of the change until the day before I looked at the reservation and noticed it changed ( 4 months later even though they opened two weeks after my would be reservation). I called and was told to change it sooner would be additional cost. I tried email twice with no response about this issue. Poor customer service.

Horrible experience. Took me almost a month to correct a mistake made in the finance department. I reached out to the guest relations department and never heard a word back. Highly disappointed in customer service. I would have thought a family oriented company would value customer's money, time and experience. I guess I was wrong.Reached out to their guest services email twice and still no response. I'm really disappointed with how they handle issues with their customers. I hope other families do not have to go through the obstacles and disappoints we've gone through in the past month.

My daughter made reservations at least two months before booking date of March 15, 2020. Then Great Wolf cancels, shuts down all facilities as of, you guessed it, 2 pm March 15th, 2020. My daughter rebooked for April 5th, 2020 as this was suppose to be a special bday for her daughter. The problem is that Great Wolf will not honor the price that she was quoted and reserved for the March 15th stay. Not good PR.They didnt cancel, Great Wolf did...please, do the right thing and honor the amount she had booked for the 15th and apply it to April 5, 2020.
