I've tried to do business with this establishment 3 times since they have opened and have been met with some of the rudest people that work there. It doesn't seem like a place that would value my business based on their non customer service. I have lived in the neighborhood for 25 yrs and use to go to the dry cleaners across the street from them when that small strip mall was open and never was I met with such rudeness. Tried calling to speak with manager before this post and no answer.

Took a heavy winter coat in so I could store it for the summer. Picked the coat up a week later. They stored my heavy coat on a wire hanger and now I have dents in the shoulders. No paper stuffed on the wire. NOTHING! How can a professional dry cleaner put a coat hat heavy on a wire hanger??? A child knows better than that. COME ON!!!!!
AND IN RESPONSE TO GIBSONS TERRIBLE RESPONSE: Dont worry, after you ruined my coat, I immediately transferred it to a suitable hanger. And, I have never in my life had a dry cleaner put a coat of this weight on a wire hanger, with out stuffing the shoulders or taking another appropriate action. Your response is unacceptable. Take accountability for your failure!

Id give it 3.5 stars if i could.. I brought a shirt in to be taken in a little bit at the sleeves and sides. They didn't measure me so they made the sleeves waayyy too tight, but when I brought it back a second time they were very nice about it, and fixed the problem without charging me. It is a little pricey though in my opinion, and they did get it wrong the first time. Thats why 3.5 stars instead of 5. Id probably go back.

I brought my shirt in it had a chocolate stain on it to be cleaned. The 1st time they just pressed my shirt and didn’t even launder it. I could still smell my cologne on the shirt. I went back again and pointed out the stain again. I specifically asked them to dry clean it and pay attention to the stain. I go to pickup my shirt. Just laundered not dry cleaned like I specifically asked. Stain is still there. This place is way overpriced and this is not the 1st time I’ve had an issue with the quality of their service.

I have been a faithful client of Gibson Couture Cleaners for 3 years now. I can honestly tell you that they are fantastic. The owners are very nice and the staff is already to assist with a smile on their face as great you when you arrive. I have never had any issues with the dry cleaning. They always do a fantastic job.

They did a wonderful job of cleaning and preserving my wedding dress and veil - which were mostly delicate lace. They took great care of it and it looks clean and sparkly in its box. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for great care and service. Super friendly, to boot.
