I was looking for an SRT 1000 controller. Unfortunately the only store I found with a decent price and had it readily available was in Chicago. I reached out to Gear Club Direct and they were amazing with helping me make my purchases. Customer service was great. Ended up purchasing a case as well. Great place to shop from. Delivery was fast and seamless.

My experience with Gear Club Direct has been very unsatisfactory and highly disappointing to say the least. I ordered an item and paid to have the item shipped within 3 days. Needless to say, the item wasn't shipped within 3 days. It took 7 days to receive the item after I was ensured that I would have it in 3 days if I paid for the 3 day shipping. The item didn't arrive at the time promised which forced me to go somewhere else because of a commitment I made to a scheduled event. I spoke with the manager who hesitated about issuing me a full refund, but decided to do so once she found out the error was on them, which was the reason my item didn't arrive within the 3 day timeframe. I shipped the item back and they received the item within 4 days. It took me calling in frequently to finally get a refund, which was 2 weeks after having the item in their possession. When I asked to speak with someone over the manager, I was informed that there was noone other than the owner, who won't call or speak with customers anyway. Another problem was that I had to pay for their mistake by paying to have the item shipped back to them in order for me to get a full refund, which is not a full refund when you deduct the cost of shipping. I was promised on numerous occasions that I would receive a refund for the cost of shipping but have not received it. It has been almost 2 months and I still haven't received the cost I paid for shipping. If I could give the company a ZERO, I would! This is not good customer service. If the error was on my part, I could understand. But the error was on them and they chose not to do enough to make the matter right. Save your money and spend it with people who care and have a heart for people. Gear Club Direct is not that company!

I had ordered a pair of LD systems speakers online, there was a misunderstanding of the cost, but in no time JONATHAN had inquired with his sales manager (props to him as well) and got me sorted right away. Delivery was prompt!! The dedication to customer service from Gear Club Direct is over the top and I highly recommend you give them a try if you are looking for new pro or DJ gear. Two thumbs up!!!

I ordered a pair of JBL subwoofers, but after a few weeks, they sent me the wrong item! When I told them I didn’t have space to keep their mistake and requested a return, they didn’t arrange it. It seems like they don’t care about their mistakes. I’ve never had such a terrible experience.

Top-notch customer service from start to finish! I was looking to upgrade my DJ setup and contacted Gear Club Direct about an item that was back ordered everywhere I looked online. Jonathan quickly responded to inform me they were out of stock, but a shipment was due in a couple of weeks. A few weeks later, he reached out to confirm the items were in stock. I immediately placed my order to secure the gear, which was processed and shipped within 48 hours. The gear was delivered in a large box, securely packed with bubble wrap. I'm beyond satisfied with my purchase and can't say enough about Jonathan's attention throughout the process. I highly recommend Gear Club Direct!
