Please DO NOT use this tailor. It is not Frank’s Alterations and is NOT owned by Frank. It is under new management and they do NOT possess the same level of skill provided by the original Frank’s Alterations. They ruined a brand new dress that just required hemming (the hem is crooked and they used safety pins to pin tags to the dress that resulted in snags when removed). They offered to fix/repair the issues but I declined.

I bought an expensive dress online and when it arrived it had two holes in the seams of the sides! I took it in to franks and they did a fantastic job repairing my dress and hemming it as well! I’ve seen some reviews that say they raised their prices, but I thought $80 for all of this was very reasonable! I wish I would’ve brought my wedding dress here. They do great work.

I've been a loyal customer of Franks for years....that's until apparently there is new ownership? theyve marked up their prices so high, it's cheaper to get robbed by a mugger out on the street. Because I need this work done, I will pay for this service. But I will no longer use them again after this. So sad....

I have been a customer at Franks for about 7 years. I’ve gone consistently to Franks because the work was great and the price made sense. Unfortunately, I understand there may be a new owner? The prices have sky rocketed and it’s as if they are attempting to rip you off. I was told it would be nearly $200 to get a suit tailored. The same jobs I’ve been getting done to my suits but double the price. I got my suit and got out of there so fast! I know inflation has truly taken a hit on the economy however, plainly trying to get over on customers was never something I predicted at Franks. Hurts to see it happen.

Unfortunately the same employee are there when Frank was so the work is pretty much the same, but the new owner is not consistent with the prices, charges 4 times the amount from the previous owner with the same employees I took a dress to be altar he charge over a $100 to hem a dress I was in a pinch so I paid but going forward I will not be returning looking for new tailor.

Friendly, quick, reasonably priced. I've taken three suits here, and the one issue I had (small gap in the pant which would've been difficult to catch without putting the pants on) was resolved in minutes.

I gave them my daughter flower girl dress for MY wedding and told them I needed clip on buttons for her detachable train to be added. These people ripped off her bow. And sewed down her detachable train! Her bow was attached with a got damn safety pin !!!! I thought I could trust this place because I've been multiple times in the past! I was doing last min wedding shopping and had my dad to pick up my items . On top of that my dress I had them take in my waist ONLY ! Now why is one pocket normal and the other one backwards !!!!! I am so sad and angry at because my flight is soon and I can't get it fix
