My interactions with FINER JEWELRY have always been top notch. Had a few pieces that I wanted appraised. Natalie and her colleague Vera took the time and the patience to go over each piece and let me know if an appraisal for insurance purposes was worthwhile. They are kind, professional and share oodles of information generously. They will gladly buy all those little bits and bobs of broken gold jewelry you have sitting in your top drawer, so you can buy that bracelet you've had your eye on. I highly recommend them !

I bought an engagement ring and a wedding band from them after a friend had recommended them. From start to finish, they were very professional, courteous and respectful. We couldn't be happier. What makes this all the more special is: I went through this process all the way from the State of Georgia! So you could only imagine how grateful I am to have been treated with such respect and care. Much kudos to Vera for all she did to make me feel this way. The ring and band are extremely beautiful. Highly recommend.

The owner of Finer Jewelry is a gem. An ex-boyfriend bought a beautiful ring for me as a birthday gift some years back. It hadn't been appraised in almost a decade, so I decided to get a reappraisal. I no longer work downtown so I asked a jeweler closer to home how much they charge for an appraisal. And, like most people, I'd rather not spend money unnecessarily. I called Atalie and, because she had the ring's information in her records, she gave me a new appraisal without charging me. Thank you, Atalie, for saving me some cash. The next time I need a high-end piece of jewelry, I'll make the trip downtown to do business with you. I highly recommend Finer Jewelry. They have beautiful product and give great customer service.

The people at Fine Jewelry are very nice people to work with, and very fair in pricing. No job is too big or too small. I've worked with them multiple times. Atalie is responsive and accommodating. When I was looking for something particular, she quickly located and brought in multiple options for me, and I found what I was looking for. They travel the world to gem shows. Come here for your engagement ring, for work on pieces you own, or for something special! They are LGBTQ-friendly, too.

Recently went to Finer Jewelry looking for a 14k necklace chain. The store was cute with family pictures all over the wall. Atalie and her team were professional, welcoming, patient, and friendly with helping me pick a chain as well as offering me the price before and after tax. The Franco chain I got is stunning and matches perfectly with my teddy bear pendant. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for high-quality jewelry at a reasonable price. Btw, photo doesn’t do it justice.

I recently had my engagement ring, along with another diamond ring restyled. Atalie, Vera, Randy and Moshe are an amazing team. They made it a delightful experience. As we went through a few restylings, Atalie was creative, gracious and patient. As a result, I am thrilled with the rings. But, wait, there is more! For my special birthday years ago, my husband wanted to gift me a gold necklace.
