This store is the worse! They are never open on time. Store is suppose to open at 8am. It is now 851am I’ve been standing here an hour and this store still hasn’t opened! Employees just walking pass and looking. Don’t even have the courtesy to address the customers standing here waiting on the store to open! Then the poor customer service on top is just ridiculous! Also they pick and choose which customers they allow to receive cash back!

They’ve shorted me on money TWICE! Then when I bought pizzas that said they were on sale, they rung up more. I told the cashier they’re on sale in the back, she just shrugs & says “That’s what they’re ringing up.” No price check or nothing. Then proceeds to say “They’re some good pizzas.” Like girl, what? Let’s not forget the dude that said I was trying to steal on a Sunday, like sir what? I must look like someone that stole out of there before?

This store is a good location for the neighborhood but they grind my gears with the ambience of this place! They always have good prices on household things but the feel it gives when you're in there shopping makes you want to go elsewhere. If you need a quick run in and run out though this is the place .

My experience today at family dollar was great. There were two girls workers with very good vibes. The atmosphere was great. It looks like the girls get along well.
