The employees are so unprofessional. Have no interest in customer service. It seems like that hate being there but is the only job that they could find! When my coupon didn’t go through at register, I was told they have absolutely nothing to do with the app! So, why do I put my number at the register then? Why is there an app to clip coupons if you’re not going to honor them?

This store suck .. they close the store when they want to.. every time I come to this store they have a hand written note on the door saying they are close this was at 330.. the store isn’t supposed to close until 7 pm

This Family Dollar has the worst customer service EVER!A cashier (oldest lady w/reddish hairstyle) is rude, confrontational and have a bad disposition.Customer needed help with the credit card machine, to pay for this items, and she told him to “read it.”When I changed my mind about an item, she looked at her coworker and rolled her eyes about it. When I said something about it, she told me its her eyes she can do whatever she want with them.How rude!! It’s not worth the aggravation nor time to shop at this location.
