I was fortunate to have been recommended to work with Nick Kelly, and have difficulty expressing just how proficient, professional, and exemplary he was when working with, on my case.He showed deep care and more concern over my case than I thought any lawyer would, and consequently showed how trustworthy he is.While he was thorough about making sure I understood all of the details at each step of my case as it developed, he likewise was not pushy. Robert Duncan and Nick Kelly were phenomenal to work with. Rob Duncan did an excellent job, representing my son, a minor who was bitten by a dog. We were referred by our lawyer to Bob Duncan and Nick Kelly 3 years ago to defend our family. 3 years later we consider them family and I trust them with our lives. I can't say enough good things about both of them. I could spend hours talking about how incredibly caring, genuine, honest, brilliant and thorough Nick Kelly is and has been throughout this entire ordeal. He took the time to drive 3 hours one way to personally meet us, he got to know us and our entire family, he took each and every call no matter what time or day it was, he answered each and every question or fear we had and never made us feel like we were bothering him. Nick always made us feel like we were the most important thing he was doing and a priority. He was always there! At the beginning we were fearful, we had never been through anything like this, at the end I was so incredibly confident because Nick knew every single detail of the case, there was not one second where we questioned his knowledge, leadership or his advice. I would highly recommend Duncan Law Group.Legal matters are high stress and when you're dealing with an injury on top of it, they can be nothing short of overwhelming.
