Cooperate needs new management
Store closing early then 9pm. If you walk-in at 8:45 pm you getting yelled at by management. Security guards wearing sckully over they heads
It just seems like a whole robbery waiting to happened. And management gonna get beat up if she keeps talking to customers crazy and kicking people out the store becuz of assumptions that they are going to steal.
If family dollar wasn’t closing I definitely wouldn’t be stepping foot into this store
Haven’t in 4 years and now I’m force to drive to a different location
Then spending my hard earned money with this store and being disrespected by management

I had a bad experience. The workers made threats of violence towards a group of school students. The workers deserve to get fired or the store need to be shut down. The workers there are bad and the don’t have a dress policy because they have no name tag or shirt that they work for the company

It's always something with this store.... why are u closed up at 10:00am when the store opens at 8:00am, with employees inside. Doesn't that seem suspicious? They need to revamp this store and the management real bad. This is why the jobs are being taken by other nationalities.

First time at this store this morning. Left store about 10am. Anywho... No greeting upon entering. Head to get my items. Gentleman rings me up. Doesn't say anything until it comes dwn to my total. Says, ELEVEN 85!! I tap my card. It goes through. He rips off my receipt, hands it towards me, I take it, say thank you, he doesn't respond & just walks away?????? No thank you, no have a nice day.. nothing?? How do you look at a customer, ring them up & not greet them in any fashion?? Just terrible! Hope management sees this. Please do better with customer service training. Something so simple means a lot, goes a long way & costs nothing! On that note, y'all have a nice day!

This store located at 1111th and Michigan in Chicago Illinois has alot to be desired! The management staff at this store has a smart mouth and negative attitude! The store is extremely understaffed and they are always out of alot of important products! I give this location 1 star! The zip code here is 60628 in what is known as the Roseland neighborhood!

This location was a Walgreen's, and now it's a Dollar General. The difference is night and day. I don't blame the staff, but I have to wonder if the brand has something to do with it.
