My fiancé and I visited Chicago and walked in to get her ring size. Sandra was very helpful and ended up guiding us and we picked out a ring for her. She worked closely with me in picking out a diamond and answered all the questions I had. A few months later we visited back again and she once again helped us pick out our wedding rings. Again, she communicated with us throughout the whole process and shipped the ring to our location. Sandra was lots of help and very knowledgeable.

Came here to make a custom pendant, the staff were all super nice and helpful. They showed me a lot of diamond options and advised me on the design. They were able to come up with a CAD design and send it to me within days and gave me options and pricing for the material. Overall it was very happy with my experience. If you need anything custom this is the place. Plus they have so many cute jewelry and they make everything in house. One of my favorite jewelry spots!

Took my broken bracelet here for repair. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They provide quotes on the spot and estimated time-line. They were able to fix my bracelet in 2 days and it's good as new. Price is very fair as well. Would recommend.

This is the best jewelry place ever!!! My husband and I came here an engagement ring. We looked at a lot of places and they have the BEST price to quality comparison. You can see as many stones in person or if you are far away, they will send videos. Their location is right across from the bean, so why not make a city trip out of it when you visit, trust me, it's worth it. I love jewelry and they said they are going to add more everyday fine jewelry in 2024, in addition to some new engagement settings, wedding bands and colored diamonds. I can't wait for all the new stuff! They also do repairs and custom jobs. They can make anything you can imagine. Check it out, thank me later.

Went here for my wife's engagement ring and it was a really smooth process. My wife had lots of specific things that she wanted that I thought might be too customized or cause the price to get too high but they were able to check all the boxes.

My fiancé and I worked with Lily to create my absolute dream ring. Lily was so great throughout the whole process, answering my seemingly never-ending questions and finding me the perfect diamond with all of the specs that I was asking for.
