Amazing location! I was cared for by Yesenia and Gina today. They both had wonderful attitudes, extremely prompt about helping me through the process and all around great energy. I was also helped by Maria who is an all around delightful person that contributed a lot today for me during my visit for a DOT physical and a re evaluation. Maria, Yesenia and Gina are definitely assests to this location. This location is definitely a go to location for anything trucker related and more!

My wait was 4 hours too long. I came at 10:30 and left at 2:30pm for a simple DOT exam to return back to seasonal work. Secondly, I know it’s mandatory for release to work from my cardiologist I returned that paperwork but as soon as they received that they called me because the doctor at this location demanded for me to take a sleep apnea test. For what I have no clue because she didn’t even examine me for sleep apnea which means she should’ve check the circumference of my neck as well as ask the general questions to determine such test. If my PCP or CARDIOLOGIST told me I don’t have sleep apnea and that is no requirement for a sleep study. I don’t know where this doctor feel as she overrides my doctors that I see EVERY MONTH!! Now I’m at a state where I have to find the funds to get a Sleep Apnea Test that cost $500 out of pocket. I’m not even an over the road CDL holder. I guess if you are or look overweight that’s how this doctor determines if you need the test. Needless to say. Do NOT go here for your DOT test I feel they must get a financial incentive for requesting Sleep Apnea tests. But I will forward my invoice to them for payment of this test.

The receptionist was very professional. She explained steps very clearly. The nurse that conducted the drug screening was very helpful and explained thoroughly next steps.
