From day one that Concentra is treating me they have really done it professionally. It's been a month since my people published my feelings about this company but I have to make a criticism so that everyone can pay attention when they visit this place. I was attending therapy and here they have a QR code for the private parking that I imagine has an agreement, so what happens that if you as a patient are not ready to complete the parking process they send you a fine that varies by the time of parking? you find yourself and then you have no way to remove the fine. I have already made several arrangements and they tell me that I have to pay it, the director also told me that she did not have the power to remove that fine. So don't visit that place, they have other alternatives.

The staff and service was excellent. The doctor Sarah was very caring and attentive to what was needed to get me back on track. I really loved my experience being seen in this office. Also a lady Diana was very helpful in making you feel comfortable. 5 stars !!

I went in for a stress test for CFD. The staff there was super professional and patient. Having white coat syndrome they made everything more comfortable for me which was awesome. Great experience.

Excellent experience from the beginning of my surgical condition to the end, super grateful to Dr Poepping..! Dra Sarah…Diana….always answered my questions, Leilani, nurses and finally my physical therapist Phil who was very attentive to my routines to strengthen and return my movement to my shoulder. Thanks for everything.!!! highly and totally recommended.!!
