Super kind and helpful! Very reasonable prices. Also, they moved to a new location of Clybourn, 2216 N Clybourn which is just a few blocks up. So glad I found them for all my cobbler needs!

They have literally resolved so many issues with both shoes and bags for me. Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton etc. The shoes ALWAYS look legitimately BRAND NEW once completed. Team is so kind and realistic as to the scope of what they can do. Pricing is on par with all other places but the value far exceeds the pricing. I recommend them to everyone!

I called a couple times and no answer. I came to the shop and saw their price list. A shine starts at $15 and up. That's 3x the average of any shop. No thanks.

Huge fan of this establishment! The owner is always so sweet to me and does an amazing job with anything I ask him to do. I've had him resole leather boots and clean them after harsh Chicago winters. He has also shortened the heels and placed protective covering on the bottom of my Christian Louboutin shoes so they are a bit sturdier when I walk. I'm a consistent customer and sing his praises whenever someone asks for a recommendation!
