Worst bank ever to go to when someone has stolen out of your account I went here on oct 27 spoke to a Carlos V personal banker regarding someone had hacked my bank account through the mobile online portal and have stolen my money out my account and even changed my verification information which I believe is a inside job account and they cashed app themselves 350 dollars my account wasn’t secure at all Carlos was not helpful and accused me of fraud of my own account that I make mobile deposits in and my account was compromised he pretty much just set there and made a mockery of my situation and was so unhelpful he saw I was extremely and distress and he basically asked me why did I create a online account well duh it’s the virus and creating account online is an option he was so not helpful and acted very entitled because he is a personal banker however I ended up having to file a police report Citibank is doing something fishy with that account now my account is compromised and I can’t access my money I should have went with chase bank

I just finished speaking to a supervisor at Citibank because they sent me an offer where I would get 65,000 airline miles if I spent $4000 within four months and it's three months in and they're telling me now that because I had this card two years ago that I don't qualify for the offer anymore. They're telling me I should've read the fine print which I certainly didn't see and probably required a microscope to find! I told them that they shouldn't be sending out promotional material to customers and then have them accept the offer and get a credit card and spend $3000 and then tell them that they're not getting the promotion that was offered. Very annoying!

I got a call from Citi that there're some weird transaction so I reported a fraud and suspended my card. Then, few days after that, I went to the bank today try to find some information about those charges that don't belong to me. However, the lady at the front door was really not polite. I told her my situation and she didn't even look at me just told me to call the number on the back of the card. She said they only do business relate to the debit card. I made two calls to Citi bank's customer service and both of them said their will refund the money back to my account which was wrong. I was being charged even I rejected the transaction.

Their ATM ate one of my checks. I went back the next day to try and find a solution to this and they refused to help me and made me call their call service. I have spoken to three people, have been on hold repeatedly, and hours later I still do not have a solution. What did I deserve to be put through this torture? Why wouldn't someone work with me for 3 minutes to do what has taken me an unbearable amount of time?

Great customer service, usually a quite branch so you'll see an associate/teller within few minutes. Really talented excelling staff in their attitude, service, & customer care. Closes at 4 pm apart from Monday & Friday

When I thought my checkbook was stolen, I came to this branch for help. Ronald, the branch manager, was fantastic. He knew exactly what to do, and handled all the details. He explained how it would work to monitor the checks in the old account for any outstanding checks, as well as the next steps with the new account. He also worked with me regarding my ATM card, too. I was there during the lunch hour, and he patiently helped everyone as it got really busy. He was able to answer each person's questions. It helps so much to know you can feel confident that the person you are dealing with knows what they are doing. I had to go back to the bank today, and he was as helpful as the first time I went there. I really appreciate the great service!
