If I can put zero or negative star here, I’ll definitely do so. The manager, Ronald A. Fajardo didn’t help me by saying due to system error and promised to solve the issue the next day. Then, nothing! I called him and left voice message and no reply. Do NOT go there unless you want to waste your time!!!

This review involves the 180 N Michigan branch. We have been customers since the late 80’s. We we’re celebrating our anniversary. They would not allow me to use their restroom. We were also making bank transactions. We have used the restrooms at other Citibank locations. All the staff appeared to be of Latin decent.This location needs to train their staff to respect longtime customers.

Hellooo!! Visiting from miami beach for a short trip. We came to this branch to make a deposit. The teller, the lady from the box, and the manager helped us a lot with a positive attitude and great knowledge.The branch is clean, quite, and well located.They offering me water while waiting...Thank you all !!!

Teller pocketed $1000 cash of my deposit and got away with it. Do NOT trust them with cash transactions.

I've been to this citibank a couple of times, I'll admit it can sometimes require a bit of waiting, but I think the people who work here are really professional and friendly. I've been pretty happy to come in every time I do.

Line management is poor, always understaffed at critical traffic hours, only one or two windows at most doesn't cut it. I see others have commented on the lines. Otherwise pleasant staff. They kept losing my account authorization information which was annoying had to redo three separate times at this location.
