I believe one of those employees stole my money via ATM. I feel like it may have been the supervisor/manager her body language and hands shaking made me take notice, especially when she saw I filed a police report. I usually get superb service in Indiana and in the Caucasian neighborhoods. It's a shame that I can't trust my neighborhood branch. So Sad!!!

Banking services are not what you think . Do not get an account with chase unless you make atleast 3-5k a month

after being a 7 years customer of chase bank, took my wife to open account couple of weeks ago, been going forth and back because my wife is Syrian, first they need 2 forms of ID, we gave her state DL and ID and Social Security card, then they needed a work permit which we provided. then they asked for her Syrian passport which we provided. account got suspended after it was opened. went in again and the asked for Work permit again after it was given in the 1st visit. then they told us all is ok. however, the account ended up being closed after 24 hours and they sent the balance by paper check. the branch officer called us apologizing and saying that she filed a complaint on our behalf and asked if we want to go in again and open a new account, but my wife declined. this is discrimination against nationality!!! shame on you Chase! I will be leaving too soon. what a disappointment. I wish there was less than 1 star.

Weird lady working there didn't talk during our interaction. I had to use previous knowledge of what to do while interacting with her to deposit a check. She provided no instruction. Like, when to put my card in. Then I forgot to endorse the check & she just handed it back & didn't instruct me to sign it.It was just an overall weird interaction. Idk what her deal was.
