This is what banks look like now...7 teller windows...1 teller at 930. Line of 5 people deep. What's the point of them seriously. What is the point. Every day they get worse. Getting anything done in any speed at all is impossible. After 20 mins of waiting I left. I was 2nd in.line

I have been banking with Chase for several years now. I always go to this branch for deposits since it is close to home and the staff, especially Lumiere (a bank teller) are super friendly and helpful!

How are there no bankers there to open an account on Saturday at 1130 am. The guy at the counter told us that we could make the account online and there were no bankers there at the time. Turns out you have to do it at the bank. I’m under the impression the man at the counter lied because he was uninterested in helping us.

The ATMs were really annoying, honestly; they were not as responsive as they should have been to touch, so I ended up having to do two transactions to take out money because the machine thought I selected a quick cash amount instead of manually inputting how much I wanted. This branch allows you to select your denomination, either $5 or $20. Not all do, and I appreciated it here since I was hoping it would let me do that. There are drive-through ATMs, which I didn't realize until I had parked; the entrance is on the Clybourne side. There's street parking and you can park in the lot for the shopping center (the lot is a bit down the block from the bank) and the bank will validate the parking in that shopping center. I stopped in today, which is a Sunday, so I had to use my debit card to enter the lobby. When I left, the door was open just a tiny bit, so apparently the door doesn't shut properly. Kind of defeats the purpose of locking in the first place.

We opened our checking and savings account here with a gentleman named Phillip. He was so nice and professional and asked us about our needs. I had a previous chase account years ago and my last name was incorrect! He told me to bring in the marriage certificate and they could change it.
Went there today, 01/06/2021 and dealt with Michelle who was so nice and friendly! Everything was squared away.....we then went to get out IL plates and the SOS said they needed a copy of the title in order to do that! I called Michelle back, she did a three way call with someone from the auto finance department. At first the guy didn’t understand what we were asking for, and then Michelle asked to speak to a manager. The manager came on the phone and basically completed the transaction, which it what we needed and Michelle had him fax her the title to the vehicle, so we could beget the license plate.
Michelle then called us to tell us that she had received the title and printed it out and told us we could come pick it up! I thanked her and drove right there. She asked that we call her upon arrival, which is what we did, and she brought the copy of the title out to our car!!!!!
Phillip and Michelle went above and beyond to help us, and we will always bank with Chase, due to these two individuals!!!!!!!
AMAZING customer service from both of them! We thank you, both!

Communication, competence and professionalism are heavily lacking. I had an appointment setup with Julie, for which she didn't even know about. This shows that the employees are either not competent or professional enough to know to do something as simple check their appointments and/or calendars.The appointment was to replace a missing ATM card. Julie, not thinking, said to just call the number on the back of the card. The card IS THE VERY THING THAT WAS MISSING, which is why I was there in the first place. This standard knee-jerk reaction shows a heavy lack of competency. The fact that she works with "Private Clients" is even more worrisome. It's events like these that make customers take their banking elsewhere.

Decided to use the ATM at Chase instead of my other bank and the ATM didn't give any cash. Staff was rude and didn't do anything or even check on the ATM that broke. Will be closing my Chase accounts.

If there were less stars than 1, I’d definitely rates this branch a negative. Manager often improperly handles situations, attitude is a disgrace, customer service is clearly not important/ valued here. Go somewhere else , don’t waste your time. Literally and seriously.
