I have read reviews of this bank and have to differ from many of them. I have nothing but great service from the tellers here (honestly, I have not had to work with a personal banker here, but it is a smaller bank so no surprise if there is a wait). I had the great pleasure to be helped by Adela yesterday and the transaction I had to do was, I thought, annoying. She handled it cheerfully, helpfully, and quickly. I was so appreciative I felt I should write a review to let her, her bosses and everyone know how refreshing it was to have attentive, personal attention from a teller! Thanks, Adela, You helped make my day a good one.

Horrible customer service, changed to Huntington and wow the customer service is fast and will answer general questions right away. Unlike chase, I asked a general question and they couldnt answer it after waiting hours to speak to a live representative. They said they can't answer a general question ( nothing personal, i would understand if it was personal) until I gave my social....what my social for a general question??? Yea. No, bye! Instead i had to google the routing number, got it right away. Should of done that in the first place caus3 man was it a waste of my time!I don't understand why they cant answer the phone in a decent time or answer a simple general question! Like waiting for hours to speak to some one wasn't enough of making it a horrible experience!Never again. CHASE , you guys need to step it up!

The service at this branch is atrocious. You can wait literally in line forever just to see a teller. At a branch that services many seniors, this is outrageous. I don't see this at any other Chase branch in Chicagoland!

This branch is the absolute worst branch I've encountered. ? The staff will not follow up. Do not trust this branch. There is no sense of urgency when they make a mistake with your account. Unfortunately, I had to escalate my situation just to ensure a positive resolution. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!! RUN RUN ?♂️

Staff doesn’t know how to do work. They should close this branch or hire professional staff. Victoria teller was rude doesn’t know how to deal with the business customers. Really Disappointed.

Walked into the bank for a transaction that required a personal banker. I had no appointment but they were very welcoming and someone was available right away. I was on the phone the whole time for an on-line class. The banker did the transaction on a safely manner, ask for all necessary documentation but in a very discreet manner so I could focus on my task. I was impressed how efficient and professional she was. At the end I asked for her name, I think it was Kristen or Kristal and I found out she was the bank manager. Definitely another pleasant experience at this location.

Horrible service ! , I went to make a wire transfer and only the cashiers treated me very good but the office staff keep me standing waiting and when they give me the service not even told me sit down and not even a good morning to say !!! The guy with glasses treat like we are not customers and with a big indifference. Terrible !!! Change the staff !!!!!! Pls ?
