Straight liars do not come here. I called ahead and asked if they had an item in stock and they told they had several but they don’t have anything remotely closeme. Even the salesman said they probably just told me to get me to come in. Waste of time they barely have anything at all

This place sucks. Always having the doors locked and only allowing 2 people at time is ridiculous. There so scared of their own neighborhood and don't care about customers overly waiting outside to be taken care of.

I chose one star because it recommended to post my review.I been dealing with Cash America Pawn for well over 20 years. This particular location are very rude and disrespectful. 1st off I let my sister pawn my purses because of her financial situation. My purses are worth well over $2,500.00 didn’t give her near for what the purses worth. My sister went out of town for a family emergency, just one day after her payment was due. The staff themselves bought my purses for under $100.00 each…Needless to say, myself was such a fool to go into there 4 days ago to buy my son a tablet to watch YouTube on..unfortunately, for me the tablet belonged to Enterprise rental company. So therefore, I tried to return the item today! Only to get an exchange. The rep Adam told me that I should’ve bought a warranty. Not to mention that neither of them are good listeners..Thereafter, I asked for a manager Jewel also there was another lady there with earrings and red hair don’t recall her name.They informed me that I will be charged a restock fee and that I will have to pay the difference for a new tablet..1st of all why would I have to pay additional for something that doesn’t work..I only decided to go here in the 1st place out of convenience! I wouldn’t never step another foot in this place again. So if you want to go to a friendly and caring Pawnshop I recommend EZ Pawn located on 26th and Pulaski Rd

I got over charge after I told the manager lady about it I still got charged $10 more this is crazy how they treated me but am never buying anything there again and tell everyone I know about it I got a small refrigerator the girl didnt get the right price she Made me pay $10 more the what the prices was i told them about and the manager didnt Fix it I don't have money to give away the owner need to do something about this because You are losing customers

Worst place ever not good customer service at all. They close at 6 and literally came rushing so i can pay a fee. While on the way i called literally 11 times they didn’t answer the phone. When i got there they were still open and could have really take me in to do a not even 2 mins transaction but also id you say that the system is closed at “4pm” then why were all of them there doing nothing. If a place closes at 4 then The place should be literally close no one in there and lights off and doors close. Also they could’ve the courtesy to answer the phone and let me know that their system was close so it wouldn’t have upset me seeing them there doing nothing. Not doing business with them ever again!!!

Worst cash America in the Chicago area. They don't ever take anything I bring to them they always turn down everything I bring in its like they don't even want todo they're own job never going to this place again definitely lost my business
