I had a very disappointing experience with Bob's Discount Furniture in the South Loop. A little over a year ago, I ordered a bed frame and was told by the salesperson that it was a platform bed and did not require a box spring. However, upon delivery and installation, the person responsible for assembly informed me that I had been misinformed and would need to purchase a box spring. I called back, and while they barely apologized for the mistake, the store manager promised to call me back but never did. As a result, I had to sleep on the mattress on the floor for two weeks.
They expected me to pay for both the delivery and the full price of the box spring, which was absurd. If they had properly informed me about their products, I would have only needed one delivery and installation, and I would have purchased the box spring upfront.
Fast forward a year, and the bed frame started falling apart due to cheap, poor-quality materials. I was glad I had purchased the "Goof Proof" insurance for $40, but I was disgusted to learn that I would receive only $65 in compensation, which was far below the value of the bed, considering I had only owned it for a year. It was in such bad condition that even Habitat for Humanity didn't want it. The legs were slanted, and the headboard was loose. I would attach a video of how loose the headboard was, but Google reviews only allows pictures

I was greeted by Jermaine when I came into The Roosevelt Boulevard store in Chicago. had an idea of what I was looking for. The thing I love about Bobs . You can go in the store and lay down on the mattress and sit in the chairs and see what it feels just right. So I did get the treasure plus full mattress with the power elite full adjustable base. I am absolutely looking forward to this being delivered. I have been looking at this bed and thinking about it for months. The one I picked out online was less money. Only a minimal difference to the one I chose in store . This bed made me feel like a queen floating on a pillow cloud. Thank you Jermaine for sharing your knowledge of all the products available and being patient with me. I found the Aspen charcoal chofa and amelia power lift recliner. I had an amazing experience at Bob’s Discount furniture. It is my third time shopping there. Every piece of furniture that I have purchased, I am 100% satisfied with. The quality and the pricing is great! I always get the white glove delivery and always have had an excellent experience with that as well. Jermaine’s customer Care was impeccable. He.focused on helping me find what I wanted. They have a great variety of styles and variations. I guess I’m a Bob’s Discount Furniture person for life.

Went in looking for a couch , not my first rodeo and didn’t want to be pressured every 2 seconds about a purchase and was def given our space to figure things out which was nice . Daizja was very nice and understanding and had the answers to our questions . The purchase was easy and straight forward . Thank you again . Really wanted the motorcycle table :)

Joseph was super great to work with. The showroom is well organized and clean, and the free snacks really helped my little one stay calm while we shopped and found everything we needed. Reasonable prices and decent quality furniture, too!
