Had an exceptional experience with Queeny here yesterday! If you want knowledgeable service that isn't pushy but is very thorough, this is the spot to get it. I walked out not just with what I needed but with some great product recommendations for my existing makeup routine.

Exceptional service every time I stop in. The staff here knows their products very well, and are always quick to suggest a product that I am looking for. They are even super sweet to my dog. This is my favorite Bluemercury in Chicago.

Cheyenne is the reason I go into the store as opposed to shopping online. She is SO helpful, patient, and fun. I usually ask a lot of questions and survey my options and she’s so kind in helping me out every time.
