I went to this branch because they had requested by mail to bring proof of legal status before they can open a credit card for me (DRD). Nobody at the branch seemed to know what they are doing or what needs to be done, they kept me there for about 2 hours hanging, eventually I told them to call me with a status update as I needed to get back to work, which they did not, and now they won't answer their phone. I have no idea what happened and I probably need to go there again just to see what they ended up with. Very frustrating experience for something that seemed incredibly simple.

I went in, I urgently had to get my mortgage taken care of today, I had to do a wire transfer. The woman Flat refused me, and told me to come back another day. She was was quite rude!

The times when I've come here and had long lines, it's been because the customers are having a difficult time understanding what the bankers are telling them. Or they're trying to do something ridiculously uncommon without an appointment. Me? I'm just trying to get my laundry quarters.
