Aurelien is the best apartment in the WORLD. I love living here so much. The staff is amazing and so kind, the community areas are beautiful, and my personal apartment is perfect. I have lived here for almost a year and still wake up everyday and am amazed that I get to live in a place so beautiful!!! Additionally, the maintenance is so quick and thorough. You are 100% getting what you pay for with living here!!! I love the surrounding areas with the park next door and being so close to Michigan Ave. it truly is perfect!

Beautiful building - I learned a lot about the amenities Aurelien has to offer. I appreciated Christiana knowledge and warmth. She is definitely the reason I'm considering moving into this building.

I visited my daughter at Aurelien and stayed in the guest suite for a few days. The property is beautiful and very well kept. I used the rooftop pool which was wonderful, and I also used the quite large and well equipped gym. All the staff I met were so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there.

I came to Aurelien a couple of weeks ago because I was shopping for apartments for a job relocation. The apartment was top-tier, along with the service! I scheduled an appointment with Zerina for a tour of the apartment, and she did an excellent job. From showing me the roof-top pool, the gym, the lounge areas, and the views of the city, you cannot go wrong with this place. Zerina was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; she had an answer to every single question I had! I’m still waiting for confirmation on my job relocation but Aurelien will be on top of my list.

Most defintely 5 stars worthy. Everything was incredible from the the service, amenities, staff, etc. My favorite feature was the rooftop pool, as you can see the city of Chicago while enjoying a nice swim! Overall, it was very clean and well kept. Definitely recommend checking it out for anyone intrested.

We lived at The Aurelien for four years and absolutely loved it! The building has great amenities and can’t beat the location.
Nothing beats the welcoming smile of Andre. He goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Over the years Andre became a friend of ours. It was always great chatting with Andre, he’s a delight! Also, he loves dogs and was always nice to Henry. Andre makes the building truly feel like home. Although we moved, we plan to keep in touch with Andre!

Really positive experience living in the building. They were great any time I had maintenance issues, The leasing office is great, I was able to transition units in the building my second year really easily. They were even really helpful when I had a couple packages still deliver to the building after I moved out and helped me get a hold of them. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great apartment in downtown Chicago.

The epitome of luxury!
I was invited to my friend’s new apartment at Aurelien and I’m thinking about moving myself (from NYC, LOL! It’s that great). The rooftop is gorgeous. The 360 degree views are spectacular. The pool is heated!
My friend mentioned that they also do free events. She made her own limoncello at one!
My visit was fantastic. I heard the staff was superb. Honestly, with my job being fully remote, I’m going to call the leasing office this week. See you soon, Aurelien ?

Had a bad experience with trying to rent here. Unresponsive, made the process difficult, and very untrained staff. Not impressed and took my deposit.

When looking for a new apartment, we stumbled upon this wonderful property. Zerina did an amazing job in showing us around and was responding to our multiple questions with no delay. Management seems to be very professional, and we felt welcome when touring the apartment. The amenities look great and are well maintained. A big highlight is the gym on the top floor, with amazing views to both downtown and amazing sunsets to the West.
