They not only have a vast collection of fountain pens and inks but also a great variety of notebooks and pen cases. Was lucky enough to visit Chicago the day before they had an event. They kindly told me about the upcoming event and suggested I revisit the next day for good deals and more products. The next day I had a blast just trying out different pens and chatting with the staff and other customers, all who were stationery enthusiasts. I'd ordered from them online before and am happy to learn that their brick-and-mortar store is such a welcoming space.

Staff are amazing and so helpful! I appreciated how approachable they were. I’m still rather new to fountain pens, and I appreciated how kind they were in helping me navigate a lot of questions on a topic I’m still learning about. It can be intimidating to start a new hobby, and I appreciate when people are welcoming to newcomers!

I heard about this establishment from the fountain pen subreddit. Placed one order, and then another, and then another because every good thing they mentioned is absolutely true. Perhaps I could find things on Amazon cheaper, but I am all about fighting the man and supporting smaller independent businesses. Fast, attentive, shipping, terrific products, lovely people. I feel very lucky to be so close to such a great shop where I can quickly pick up a solid variety of fountain pens, ink, and notebooks. Atlas does a wonderful job of fueling my pen and ink hobby.
Would recommend to anyone, beginner to expert!

A must visit if you love stationary related items. I can spend hours just looking at everything they have! Great selection of inks and pens. I love that they have stations set up to allow you to test out tons of items before you buy.

Made my first purchase and was really impressed with the care and attention to detail from the communication to when my order will arrive through to the care taken with the packaging and the great card placed with each order. Emails queries are answered quickly and also have a chat function which is great for a quick response to your query. I have since placed another 2 orders.

Great little store with great family values, but I just can’t get over how egotistical and uncomfortable one of the employees Brendan makes me. The last straw was when he tried pushing me out of the store while finishing a deal with one of the vendors at closing, since his employee meeting was just so much more important. Wish I could write a better review, but I just can’t given my interactions with this over inflated ego of an employee.

You can go in here and touch paper aaalllllll day long. if you want to sit down they have long tables w pens and samples of their books, planners and journals and you can scribble and draw in them. I could space out in there all day if I had time. I feel like I entered a dream state while I walked through all of the different areas, mostly I was shopping for planners and journals but I ended up having to add time on my meter so I could check everything out. I know hobonichi is so exp but this way you can see it, look in person at the layouts up close, they have a lot of stuff you don’t see online. there are a ton of stickers on the back wall and stencils. ?⭐️?
