If you’re looking for an honest and reasonably priced place to repair your watches or jewelry go to Armen’s Jewelry! Armen fixed my vintage Movado Moonphase watch quickly and diagnosed the problem. I was surprised to find it was just in need of a battery replacement.

This jewelry store is a neighborhood gem. Three times I've needed their services, and each time they've taken care to do the job correctly, with expediency, and at excellent prices. Once, it was for a replacement neck chain. Twice and on different occasions, it was for resizing a bracelet. They're great at what they do and deserve consideration for your business.

I brought a pair of silver earrings to be repaired however, the owner has neverreturned my earrings to me nor repaired earrings. Several times I tried to get my earrings returned but the Armen refused to give me my earrings. Owner isn't registered with Better Business Bureau. My only recourse is to call the police andake a report. Sincerely, CARLOTTASeHEP

I had two of my wife's watches brought in to Armen's Jewelry. One watch needed a battery replacement, while the other just needed resizing by having some links removed.
The gentleman who attended to me was courteous and adept in his work. Since these were ladies' watches however, everything about them was smaller - smaller back case, smaller links. I thought that he might end up having issues with removing some of the links because of the very tiny pins; however, he had no problems and was so efficient and completed the job sooner than expected, that I (regrettably) didn't have a chance to formally ask for his name - although I believe he is the store's namesake.
For cordial, skilled service and fair-minded pricing, definitely try Armen's. This should be the first stop for your watch repair needs - especially if you're from the neighborhood.

Update: Not sure if this store went out of business because the gates are always up.Can't review because at 10:15 they hadn't opened yet, even though the sign said 10:00.
