While I was shopping here recently, I dropped my driver's license. The next morning while packing for my flight home I realized it was missing, while I was frantically searching for it I got a call from Emma at the store saying they had found it. Luckily I am an Anthro member, she took the time to look me up and let me know they had my license. That is great customer service! Thank you Emma!

My partner and I were followed in the store today even though I bought something. It made me very uncomfortable, and they were not even being sneaky about it either. Like what would I get out of stealing a $150 item?? It’s not a high cost item. Definitely sticking to my hometown anthropology store. Would rate lower.

The best Anthro I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot! The store is huge with an impressive selection. They have a petite section which made me very happy. The staff were incredibly kind too!

Robin was incredibly kind (I had ZERO cell reception to complete my order and she handled the difficulty with ease while never giving up on me!) and professional to work with on my furniture order. I can't thank her enough for her patience, all while never skipping a beat to make the order fun and successful. It's incredibly difficult to find the combination of personal and professional traits she encompasses.
Similarly, Subi (manager) handled questions for me on other occasions and was amazing!
Lastly, the furniture I've ordered has been outstanding quality, all during a time ("pandemic world") where product quality in general at other retailers seems to be slipping...
