Very good customer service from Rhoda who I spoke with prior before having my Doctor place a referral. Very attentive, and thorough. Order came in Tuesday and delivery was made on Wednesday in a very reasonable time, earlier that set. Very pleased and yes recommend. Appreciate the great service Rhoda and the gentleman that delivered my supplies.

We rented a wheelchair for the day but the store was going to close at 4, we were stuck in traffic and was going to late the the owner left the store open so we can return the wheelchair these were really nice people too

Fantastic service. Phone is answered promptly and messages are returned within a few minutes. A good quality chair was delivered to my hotel before arrival and picked up after departure. Absolutely no problems. I am definitely going to use this company when I return to Chicago. The pricing is also very fair! I could not have enjoyed my visit to see the Rolling Stones without their help!!

After my forearm crutch broke on me while visiting the area, Rhonda was the only medical equipment place to call me back (and within 5 minutes).I was able to get a single replacement crutch when I really needed it. Thank you Rhonda and Anthony, you guys are amazing!

Angelcare staff was friendly and helpful. Their price was reasonable and my rented mobile scooter was waiting on me when I arrived at my (Chicago) hotel and picked up once I left...very easy!I've used other companies when traveling to other cities with multiple "easily walkable" pick up and return locations, the problem is I have to be able to "WALK" back \_O_/

I was in need of a wheelchair for 1 day due to bad knee issues so I can go to the fan expo in Chicago without limping or being in pain and they were very helpful and very reasonably priced. Great service and I would use them again. Thank you!

I had rented a heavy duty scooter through a third party website and was linked with Angelcare. I had emailed back and forth with Rhoda about a drop off time and she was quick to get back to me. She was super understanding of making sure I would be around during both and was understanding when I asked for a more narrowed down time for pickup because of work. The scooter was amazing and the gentleman who dropped it off explained how to break it down to fit into my small SUV. I am excited to use this company again in June for another occasion and Rhoda was quick to put me down in the books and made sure to ask if it was the same scooter I wanted in June! 5/5 - I would recommend this to anyone in need of a scooter! I'm so glad I was linked with this company.

I needed to rent 2 wheelchairs for a family event. I went to the Chicago services website and ordered 2 wheelchair rentals. Angel care called before dropping off and I was very pleased with their service, prices and pickup by Tony. I recommend Angelcare medical services.
