Picking a realtor is a big deal, and they are not created equal. After a rough experience last year, we took the time to interview a few realtors before picking someone. Matt Laricy was direct, professionals and came to our apartment to give a presentation on what his team could do. He made our choice extremely easy.Matt Laricy, Mickey Hobson and the rest of the Laricy Group Team made every aspect of the selling of our apartment efficient, easy and smooth. They were upfront about the market, quick to have open houses and showings. Our place sold in only a few weeks! Highly suggest!

Matt was an excellent realtor during this process. I was a first time homebuyer and wanted to understand all aspects of the process. He was great at walking me through each step, helping me understand the questions to ask, and ultimately guiding me through a competitive process. His flexibility was critical as we needed to tour the property within 24 hours to be competitive and his negotiation skills got the deal done in a competitive process. Matt and his team were nothing short of fantastic to work with. Matt provided helpful advice and ideas that were tailored to our specific situation, needs and requests for selling our condo. Everything he promised he would do for us in the beginning was delivered on time or early, often exceeding my expectations. His team is incredibly organized and provided checklists and upcoming to-dos at each turn (I work in consulting/project management and was even impressed). With the amount of things that need to happen in order to list/sell a condo in Chicago, it was reassuring to know that his team was tracking and organizing each step, and I could always feel confident in knowing where everything stood in the process. Additionally, Matt was able to provide excellent recommendations for vendors surrounding the moving process (e.g. attorneys, moving company, rental property).
