Love love love All Star Press! Their shows go all out, have always been an awesome gathering place for Chicago artists, and they have a great team managing the whole operation - super friendly, super hardworking. They have work of all different price points, and is in a great location with tons of bars and restaurants nearby to go to before and after shows.

While never having been to their physical location, I have have purchased a few screen prints from the company by an artist I try to collect. They are in a word exquisite and I find myself staring at them for long periods of time. Sure, it’s the artist I love, but I have prints by them from other companies and while I love them all, these All Star ones are just…..so far above and beyond. They capture the art in a way that even high end ink printers could never. Call it texture, call it style, I call it amazing. I wish I could reasonably collect more! Haha, habitual collector issues. (The prints feature mild nudity so I can’t post them here)

Really wanted to love my experience as it seems many others have with allstar. Have been following JC Rivera for years and found a piece I really wanted. After calling the store, trying to visit, even DM’d with zero reply. I still went ahead and purchased online, when purchasing it said 5+ day turnaround. Heard nothing for 5 days so I called a couple times and left a voicemail. Nothing. Sent an email 2 days later. Nothing. Wasn’t until day 9 I finally called and was able to speak with zissou. Come to find out the piece was there the whole time they were just “too busy” to unframe it. 9 days to get in contact. 11 days to unframe. This level of customer service after spending $930 on a piece is concerning. Hate to give this place the business but really wanted the piece.
