The service from Nikki and Urvi at AAMS is so thorough. They help you find what you need, are so friendly and professional. I have been really happy with the compression hose from them and appreciate their patience in helping me figure which is best suited for my needs. Was treated phenomenally by Dr. Nikki. She helped get me what i needed, in correct size and even color. She explained the compression socks I got and even sent me an informational video on how to properly put it on and how to use it. The store is spotless and set up beautifully, too. What a great experience!

All American Medical Supply is truly a life saver. I'm helping care for a close friend who had major surgery two weeks ago. He has a feeding tube. We were down to our last two feeding bags, and the supplier that the University of Chicago hospital arranged for us failed in delivering our replenishment bags. I found All American and had the great fortune of working with Nikki. Nikki said AA did not have the bags in their store but did have the bags in the warehouse inventory and they would ship immediately. She took me through specs to ensure were getting the exact bags we needed, processed the order, and the shipment arrived the next day - just like Nikki promised. I can't tell you how relieved we were when those bags arrived. I am so thankful I discovered All American Medical Supply. I give them my strongest endorsement.

Traveled to Chicago from Charleston S.C. and left my. N20 mask at home. Don’t waste your time ordering from Amazon. After 4 days of shipments, I still did not have proper connecting tube to affix mask to headgear. The tube finally came but without swiveling headgear connector. I had mistakenly ordered The frame but not the complete mask.
My CPAP supplier in Charleston Suggested I call all American Medical supply.based on their large number of positive reviews. They had what I needed in stock and available that afternoon. They were very accommodating and my wife and I need not endure another sleepless night..

My mom is dealing with chronic pain that has left her semi-ambulatory. I watched her hold back tears when trying to walk from the plane to the car as she was visiting for the Christmas. The women at this store came through so quickly with a wheel chair. They were extremely helpful and kind. Truly helped to turn the holiday around and let my mom explore the city.

Very positive positive experience. Straightforward process to request the equipment and get it verified with insurance. AAMS did all of the heavy lifting and following up with my insurance and doctor for the prescription and I received it very quickly after. I also appreciated the proactive updates from them and that I was able to text them instead of having to call or login to a system. Thank you!
