I did not have a good experience at this advocate clinic. They did not take into consideration my concerns, didn’t notify me of my positive lab results, and when I tried to follow up after a few days of being on medications and symptoms not improving they refused to see me.

My experience at the Advocate Medical Group Immediate Care Sykes site was pleasant and efficient. After checking in and stating the reason for my visit I was seated in the waiting area less than 10 minutes. The nurse informed me that I should have x-rays first then I would be seen by the urgent care doctor. Doctor Desarey Sims reviewed the reason for my visit which was injury to my thumb due to a fall. Dr. Sims was through and caring of my injury advised what to do including follow-up with my primary care doctor and and orthopedic doctor as well. My overall experience was very good.

The ICC Dr came into the room with a mask amd gloves already on she leaned against the counter and asked what's going on she never touched me and was in the room every bit of 2 minutes yet I had to pay a co pay, pay for medicine that she has no clue was for the actual problem cause she didn't touch me didn't look at my eye yet prescribed something based off 2 questions while leaning against the counter.

Came in to URGENT Care to have my baby exam for a URGENT matter and was rudely asked “what you hear for the doctor doesn’t see babies” in the most rudest disgusting way! Advocate need to train whoever you have working the Front desk today 11/26/23 at 10:15am on how to speak to the public!!! Highly disappointed!

I was treated with caring and concern, from the security at the front entrance, the clerk at the desk to the nurse and the nurse practitioner who examined me. I was well informed on what was wrong with me and what I had to do after leaving the facility. Keep up the excellent work ? ? ?

It’s says on the website open at 730am. I walk in at 743am. They said we never open at 730am. We will open at 8am if a doctor come. This is ridiculous. Very unprofessional. I was seen finally at 8:15am.

I am sick and tired of coming here for immediate care and being turned away in the lobby! The sign at the entrance stated open! When I get to the lobby, a young lady said they are at capacity. When I asked her why the sign said open; she got up and turned the open sign off. If the sign said closed; I would have never tried to enter! This is the second time this has happened! The first time, I only made only a verbal complaint! The representative in the lobby gave me two business cards; Tanzania Walker and Jewel Jackson. This immediate care is poorly ran and need new professionals to take over! I do understand that employees need to go home. But, you turned me away before 6pm! If you are closed; do your job and turned off that sign!

Very professional and detailed. The entire staff are exceptional. The doctor takes time to really listen to you. Short wait time to get an appointment. Overall experience was good.

I love the place. I've never had a problem seeing my doctor. Of course, stuff happens. So, I didn't mind sitting longer to see my doctor.
