This insurance is a joke. they are quickly able to provide a new customer with insurance but, if you have an auto accident or have other questions about updates on your policy. the agents will just hang up on you or will transfer you back and forth and nothing will get resolved.

I went in with my sister to get her vehicle and insured we had the pleasure of being taken care of by one of their sales agents, Jose. He was welcoming, kind and definitely good at what he does. He broke down the policy for us so that we walked out knowing what had been purchased, which naturally in return made us feel safe and secure when leaving. He was so good that I’m going in this weekend to get my own policy and I’ve been with the same company for over 5 years, so to me that says alot! Thanks Jose!!!
