I’ve only been here a few times, but I’m genuinely impressed. Not only are vibes consistently immaculate in this little sun drenched corner of the city, VSG embodies a refreshing avant-guard take on the modern art gallery. As a young artist and art enthusiast, I really appreciated the atmospheric emphasis on appreciating Chicago’s local talent, rather than just making a retail transaction. VSG is somewhere where people can go to experience art - not just obtain it.

Some of the best I’ve seen in the city that I love. Always good energy and great people at the gallery.

Great gallery, fantastic artists and work. I love that they don’t take themselves so seriously, but seriously enough! Having separate rooms to showcase the individual artists is a very nice move and just makes for an overall fun and engaging experience. Can’t wait to return!

This is a gallery that always has something going on and a place you just want to stop by to see what's new. The work ranges across different styles and price points, appealing to both emerging and established collectors.Allan aka Bergart is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about art. And he really knows how to bring people together and throw a party!

This is a really fun spot, with terrific local art, interesting events and a welcoming staff. It's a great addition to the Chicago art scene, a great date spot and a place to find affordable but amazing original art.
