Hello,
I had the pleasure of working with leasing agent, Danielle. Where to begin.
After getting absolutely treated like trash at presidential towers. Myself and the prospective leaser went to 180 north just to inquire on Thursday.
48 hours later. A tour complete within 15 minutes with proper greeting and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about the rate of living in the loop. Responsive and honest about what this property has to offer. Honest, that the day before the listing went on the market, it was 100 less the day before. Which is not deal breaking. But add that up 1200 less a year for a law student is relieving. Sat down and took her time to go through the application process. She worked over time knowing Monday schools starts.
Friday morning application process. Complete. Three to four emails to prove income and just a few cross the T dot the I questions. Move in date accommodated on a Sunday during the air and water show. She was there to greet us and ensure the move.
I mean. I can’t even comprehend the amount of diligence, service, and professionalism for somebody who literally came in expecting please call our hotline and set up a virtual tour.
Within 48 hours Michelle made somebody important to me feel like a million dollars and relieved any bit of stress before starting her law journey.
Michelle. If you have the opportunity to read this. I am forever grateful and appreciative of your candor and dedication to making a difficult process of finding residential living seem effortless.

"It has been really a wonderful move-in experience. Danielle and the concierge staff have been really accommodating and flexible. The location is convenient. I like the ambient noise from cars & trains because it is close to the highway and tracks so it may not for everybody. Rooftop is great and there is wifi in the common areas."

The move in 2 weeks ago was very smooth and Danielle was very helpful. I also enjoyed the taco Tuesday event last week, I'm loving this community because they make everyone feel so welcomed!

My son moved in last week and we’re very happy he went with 180! Jake toured the property virtually with Danielle who went out of her way to answer our questions and settle my nerves. I was a bit nervous for my son, as he’d never seen the apartment or building in person, or visited Chicago for that matter! Danielle set me and my husband up with a Guest Suite reservation and we were able to stay on-site while helping our son move in. Don’t think it gets much better than that!

I've left a review before, and now I'm adding another!
Last night, my fiancé smelled gas coming in through the bathroom vents. Immediately we went downstairs to talk to the front desk man - Marvin - however, it was already after 7 PM on a Sunday and maintenance had left.
Within an hour, Valentino - our maintenance guy - was at our door, checking our vents with a meter and trying to figure out where the smell was coming from. He was genuinely concerned and made me feel heard when I explained our issue.
He was amazing!! I really appreciate him coming straight to our unit and helping us figure out that it was just a couple tenants below us who accidentally turned on two of their four burners by mistake.
Marvin facilitated this completely on his own down there, and I think he is just wonderful. He came up to our unit when I invited him to smell the vent. And he immediately took action. Both men are the heroes today!
Thank you 180 N Jefferson for keeping us safe and always responding with urgency. I wish we could live here forever. <3

Just moved in but love the views and the many amenities! Right in the center of West Loop with easy access to the pink and green line and close to Metra.

My family and I toured 180 N. Jefferson and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Danielle from the leasing team as well as William the concierge. They both went above and beyond in making us feel at home right away, and Danielle gave us what I felt was the best apartment tour I've ever had, so I felt I simply must give them a shoutout for our experience!The apartments themselves were well modeled, clean, and well maintained, and the amenities were upscale and plentiful. Coupled with the location, this property looked like a great choice for professionals in or near the West Loop area.

I just resigned with 180 N Jefferson - this building is great! I’ve hosted friends on the amazing rooftop, enjoy the gym and other amenities here. The staff is always super helpful too.

Great amenities and friendly community. Accessible location near transportation, restaurants/shops/bars, grocery stores. Units are updated and spacious with great views of downtown Chicago.
