DO NOT GO HERE if you plan on purchasing an item online for pick up, I came with my friend to pick up her PS5 she bought online and they gave away the PS5 to someone else ??? How does this happen you may ask ? The store MANAGER ARTHUR gave away my friends PS5 to someone without checking there ID which is store protocol (he admitted to not checking the ID while on the phone with his district manager) How are you the store manager and you can’t follow your own store protocol especially for a high price item. He said there is nothing he can do for my friend. So she’s out of almost $500 due to the mistake of store manager ARTHUR. NO REFUND, NO STORE CREDIT, NO CASH BACK, NO COMPENSATION. just another customer service number.

The employee i met on 10/19/23 was one of the best and nicest person I have ever met they gave me good information about Pokémon and tells me about everything my son knows about Pokémon

Really awkward in all honesty, drove over an hour to get a special edition switch and trade in our regular one and the employee was being too strict and almost refused to buy our old switch because we didn't have the wrist straps. We had everything else but the box and we were completely on board with them taking a bit of money off because of it but she wanted to refuse it completely. An obvious manager told her it was fine and to just charge us like $5 but she still wouldn't until we offered to give the wrist straps from the new switch we were purchasing. Sadly I wanted them but she wouldn't do it any other way so now I don't have the matching wrist straps to my special edition console... Just ruined my entire excitement about my new console and I'm glad we won't be returning to this location.

Just wasted my time coming here. I bought a couple of clearance items because it was B1G1. Turned out one of the items didn't work! So I called corporate to see if anything can be done despite the policy, I was told to call the store. I did and was told I could at least exchange it for another clearance item of equal value. I come in and now I'm told I'm stuck with it! I understand clearance being final sale but I'm assuming the product will actually work when I buy it! The workers were apologetic, but the policy isn't fair if I really didn't get something B1G1!
