Chicago Ridge Medical Imaging was referred to me by a family member. This is the 2nd time I've been here. Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy. I was early to my appointment to fill out paperwork. I waited about 5 minutes before i was called. The room where they had the ultrasound was relaxing (a spa like feel, lol). I almost fell asleep. The results take 24 hours to get to the doctor. The entire staff was friendly and actually seem to care. I would definitely recommend this place.

One of the front desk secretary is VERY RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She ignores your presence, she does not let you know what is the status of your request and she actually disregard your request by making you wait and not letting you know. She is terrible!

Oh my, this place is a mad house. I brought my mom here and while waiting a manager (some white lady) rushes to the front and starts yelling at employees. What an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.
If this is how employees are treated I can only imagine how patients are treated. Who would want to work in this environment.

I arrived 10min BEFORE my scheduled appointment. I was checked in immediately and I waited maybe 3 minutes before I was called in for my ultrasound. My ultrasound technician was courteous
and patient. The ultrasound gel was warm and the room was cozy and had soft meditative music playing. The only problem was the examination table was too small to take a nap. Lol

The staff is very friendly and appointments don't require long wait times. The prices are phenomenal. I saved $600 by going here. This was my 3rd time using them, and I will continue to go back for any imaging related testing
