Today I got my battery replaced by Nate. He was very polite and informative. He made sure to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was also upfront about the warranty and return process if I changed my mind about the services he did. He also did the service in a good amount of time.

I had the most good experience at AutoZone today and largely because of one of your representative, Charles. He was by far the best person the ever assisted me at any Auto shop. He was very helpful, attentive, and have a great sense of humor, which makes doing business with AutoZone. Hats off to Charles at AutoZone!

Stopped by in a car that had a failing battery. Manager steered me in the right direction and did a great job explaining the differences. Even helped me replace the battery!

The gentleman at the store,Charles, was very friendly. My husband and I had a check engine light come on. We are handicapped and had an issue with getting around. Charles was nice enough to bring the results of the test to our van. He did go way above and beyond. Best customer service ever!!

Awesome and fast! I went to advanced auto parts first and the gentleman didn’t wanna help put on my windshield wipers, so I left went to auto zone and asked if they will put them on for me and they said yes with no hesitation, he also suggested a good pair of wipers at a great price! I was in and out and they were so nice. I’ll be coming back!

I went there on a Sunday afternoon because I needed a few things that needed to be replaced ASAP and Nate helped me find the right parts and saved me hours of time and energy. Highly appreciated!

I came in I needed some lights for my car and keep in mind my turning signals weren’t working at all and so I asked this guy his name is Nate he helped with the problem and fixed it and Before I even brought them my car I went to 3 mechanics they couldn’t fix the problem but Nate did and I wanna say he did a great job and really respectful and he even installed the light for me thanks again Nate and helped me save hella $ he deserves to be promoted thank you have a blessed day
