Amazing fitness center! You'll find people of all ages getting some type of workout in for the day .They offer several options such as water activities , fitness equipment, several types of exercise classes w/ instructors, spa's , steamroom, and the list goes on. Put it this way simply, they have a lot to offer and are incredibly reasonable as well!
The staff and club members are friendly and you can see they enjoy what they are doing.. Washrooms, locker rooms, workout areas, equipment, pool, ...etc. are clean and comfortable.
If you're looking for a place to spend a little me time....and or bring a guest or two or three and enjoy the day then you would definitely want to join this club. I highly recommend this organization!!!!

I’m only giving this gym one stars because of Alex and location. I have been coming here for almost 2 years and I have seen it go downhill. I don’t understand why all these good reviews are coming from because there are no stair masters that work. There’s hardly any machines here( you have to wait to use a bike . There are some machines that’s even broke, and I almost hurt myself, It takes 30 minutes for the water to get hot ?, The showers are not thoroughly clean, and the whirlpool is always full of bubbles. I am really about to cancel my membership. I am tired of coming to a gym that do not care.
**OH And the towels stink so bad they smell like an old dryer, it seems that they don’t use bleach or anything on these towels. I don’t get it.

I really am happy that I joined this gym. It is a nice size, not too big. It is rarely crowded and usually quiet. You can enjoy a sauna, steamroller, or whirl pool. They have what you need whether you are in the mood for an Olympic swim or in a small heated pool for a therapeutic stretch.
