Worth the short drive to Chatham as the staff is kind and courteous and there has never been a long line whenever I've gone in to ship out a parcel or buy some stamps.

No home delivery for two days and no notice to those of us who go out in subzero weather to clear our sidewalk and steps for the carrier. Very poor management. At least tell us what the situation is.
