“Accompanied my 13-year old daughter to Hot Topic. I'm obviously not their target demographic, but my daughter loves it. They appear to have clothes that are popular and an assortment of t-shirts larger than Spencer's. A bunch of other things that appeal to teenagers.”
“This is the best gift shop in Springfield. I love giving surprises to family and friends and the many times I have been here, I have always found the right thing. Love the local artists artworks. The clothing is really nice. The accessories and jewelry are unique finds. I love the the ladies that work there and are always ready to help me find that special one of kind gift. Oh and did I mention that when you find that nice gift, you'll also find something for yourself too. Just thinking about this place makes me want to jump in the car and go now. Have fun!”

“This store is incredible!! My daughter and I love everything that is sold here. The styles are so much fun and uplifting! Perfect for any age.I really like everyone who has ever worked there. They are always so friendly yet very professional. If something looks bad, they are great to suggest something else that might work better. I love that. It is annoying when a sales person tells you something looks great when you know full well that it does not. I think most people appreciate honesty.I'm not sure if the owners name/names, but she/they go above and beyond. Keep up the great work!”

I noticed right away how clean the floors and store was in general. I did find more things than I thought I needed, so it was a successful trip.”

“I have been in here alot in the last three weeks and in the past in the past the store is a mess noone working these past few weeks I have came into this new team working really hard and together like seeing the teamwork was in there yesterday the girl that is always changing her hair up was literally walking around the store talking and on her phone while two newer workers was up front hanging stuff and another new girl was running the clothes and hanging them was in there when the lady that is always there for past yrs and two her employs had all kinds boxes out working on them together keep up the hard work Springfield IL cititrends you guys are getting this store together the best you can”

“This was the best store clothing store and one stop shop I’ve ever been to in Springfield Illinois. They have a layaway program and loyalty program that other stores doesn’t have. The quality of the clothes and the customer service was wonderful. I enjoyed the music playing while shopping and they even had a beautician that does hair. The prices are so affordable that I don’t even have to go to the only mall we have in Springfield. I give this store a 5 stars to be a brand new store in the neighborhood of north grand and 5th street across from qik n ez. The community should welcome that black owned store and encourage more men to get involved with the community of Springfield Illinois. ♥️♥️♥️”
