being helpful and kind . He provided so much knowledge regarding towing and selling a car for me. I definitely would recommend using his service to everyone.

I did work for Jim and when I quit working for him he took 1200 dollars from me and told me that i was renting a car from him when I was paying for a truck 200.00 dollars a week for he is not a good business owner

Went here to get a new battery installed less than a month later car wouldn’t start without a jump. Got it checked out by a different mechanic and they said I was given an old battery. Very disappointing!

Best place in town ! I was so worried my brakes went out I couldn’t go anywhere work nothing ! Jim that works here fixed all my stuff on my car got me back on the road same day ! Don’t go to Car x come here to CJs Auto and ask for JIM ! He is a wonderful person gives you a honest opinion and got me and my child back on the road in one day ! ❤️ thank you Jim for everything you did for me and my four year old today ! Best auto place in town !

My car engine had locked on me and I’m the so glad i called Cj’s for the tow and inspection . The company got some respectful, generous and considerate workers. I couldn’t pay for the engine fix and wanted to sell it to them but before selling it they recommended me to call kia since I have a kia that is under the recall list for engine problems and lucky enough my car engine was under lifetime so rather than just taking my car for their own good they wanted me to be better off with a new engine for free so i can still have a car. I really appreciate Cj’s and i would encourage to take your car to them if you have any car troubles because you won’t get a rip off

Abhorrent business and extremely unprofessional. I didn't choose them--I misunderstood where one parking lot ended and another began and my car was towed. I got the feeling they chose a price at random to release it to me but it was OVER $300. Zero prices are listed anywhere and they don't have a legitimate website. This company is predatory and apparently I'm not the only one they've taken ad vantage of. BBB complaint is forthcoming.

For the record, I am not a friend or family and prior to needing a tow, no relationship existed.At 2AM on a Saturday night, I found out my tires were slashed with a double flat just before getting on the highway. I had roadside assistance and they promised a tow was on the way twice. I waited hours into the next day and no one came so I searched local.CJs was not in network with the service plan I had but understood the difficulty and expense of getting a tow on the weekend and at night. They agreed to accept their payment and came to pickup my car within 15 minutes to get it off the street and to safety. We had more than an hour tow which he couldn't do until next morning. He kept the car safe overnight and didn't charge for storage and picked me up the next morning to make the tow.I am a black woman who has experienced racism and can say that there was none of that with CJs. He was so kind, personable, helpful, professional and very reasonably priced. I recommend CJ for quality service, careful handling, speed and affordability.Thank you for being reliable in my time of crisis.

I cannot leave less than 1 or I would. Upon return of my vehicle a fog light was busted and items inside were both missing and damaged. The rules and prices seem to be made up differently by the day and I've never dealt with more unprofessional folks in 40 years. Their own employees seem to agree....huge red flag. Unfortunately and very sadly, the city has a contract with them so at times their service isn't a choice but lack of option. I have no clue why the city retains them, but after interaction, I can certainly guess If you are 'choosing' stay the hell away from this bafoon!!!!

Absolutely the most unprofessional business around. Doesn't follow the state guidelines for towing companies and used predatory practices. My wife got stuck in the mud trying to turn around after a big rain. This company showed up from a "friend" of Thiers calling them. Not my wife. The driver stated twice that he doesn't know a price, his boss handles that. Then proceeded to pull her out. The driver even tried to call his boss because my wife wanted a price before services. So they pull the car 15' onto the pavement again and the boss comes up and says $225. My wife said she didn't realize it would be that much and the boss says I need your ID until you pay. Do not only did this company break state rules of giving a price before services, now they've over charged and are demanding an ID from someone. Which they have no right to do either. Predatory business practices and straight intimidation used to make a dollar. Definitely filing with the state for this unlawful and deplorable way of doing business.
