Recently, in need of a scooter, worked out all details via phone with the gentleman at Barr medical.They delivered my scooter to my home as well as let me know details on the use of it..Highly recommend, Thank you you make a great team.

Very unhappy with their return policy. Had a piece of medical equipment delivered to my mom in an assisted living facility and it didn't fit/work out. Tried to return it, but their return policy is 3 DAYS!! Who has a 3 day return policy?!?! That's ridiculous! They say it's stated on the delivery receipt, but I don't live with my mom to have seen this when it was delivered. I see why most of their reviews are very poor.

Very unhappy with their return policy. We had a piece of medical equipment delivered to my mom in an assisted living facility. The piece of equipment didn't work out for her. I tried to return it but their return policy is 3 days. Whoever heard of a three day return policy? They say it is stated on the back of the delivery receipt, but I don't live with my mom so I would have never had seen that. I can see why all of their reviews are so very poor.

A year ago Silver Cross social worker told my husband to contact these folks for a drop arm commode. At first they said they didn’t have any and then called to say they “found one” and would deliver it by end of day. Great because I was coming home with two amputated legs. Eleven months later, the seat broke. My husband called them and explained what we needed. They said “we’ll have one out to you tomorrow but it’s a different color.” Not only was it a different color but it was the wrong size and didn’t connect so it was wobbly. Called them the following morning and Bob said they’ll deliver another one tomorrow. They delivered another one just like the one they delivered before! When I called for the third time, they (Bob) told me they had no replacement for the seat I needed! Asked him if he had a totally new drop arm commode. He said yes “but it’ll cost you $215.00.” I said “thanks but no thanks I found one for anywhere between $117.00 and $140.00” and hung up. Bob contacted my husband on his cell phone (I guess he didn’t want to talk to me) and said they would pick up the commode and the seat on Monday. Today is Wednesday and commode is still here. DO NOT USE these people!!!

I had a terrible experience with Bahr Medical Supply. Asked if they could help us with Medicare and the response was to go somewhere else because they would not help us get the critical equipment for my mother that has Parkinson’s. So disappointed in a local company I would have preferred to use.

The office staff nice drivers nice but dealing with a guy named mike rude to my sister when she called. Telling someone was in office when they were actually off.

My call was answered right away, everything was explained to me. I was not expecting to rent a wheelchair after surgery today but it was more invasive than thought. I live in town and paid out of pocket so the chair was delivered within the hour! I couldn't be more happier at this moment :)

They let an answering service answer their phones during normal business hours and you have to leave a message and they’ll call you back. If you can’t answer your phone, you don’t deserve any business. I called at 4:05 and they’re open until 4:30. I’ll use somebody else.

I stopped in here once to get a grabber and a foam handle for my walking cane only to be turned away. They said that they only sell to companies and /or business. Very disappointed as it was close to my home.
