“Very pleased with my experience here. My Chevy Silverado was hit by an errant driver. The other driver's insurance provider suggested this place due to its location being close to my residence. When I brought it in, Charlie's CARSTAR performed an estimate and communicated with the insurance company. They were professional, very easy to deal with and low pressure. I decided to let them complete the repairs and scheduled a time to bring the truck in. The repair took a couple days longer than they estimated, but that was due to them finding additional repairs to the steering system once they started taking everything apart. They communicated with me the entire time, letting me know it might be a couple days late due to having to order and install the additional parts. When I picked the truck up, the repairs were complete and I was pleasantly surprised to find the truck had been cleaned up inside and out. Truthfully, you wouldn't know the vehicle had been involved in an accident at all. It drives perfectly and looks great. I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. Well done CARSTAR!”

“Front tire cut on I-55 bridge from St.Louis into Illinois. Had to take Hwy 3 into one of the top crime zones of the country. The tow driver knew the area and exactly where I was sitting. He recovered me and my car in 15 minutes. Took great care with loading my Tesla and dropping it safely in O’Fallon, IL. A knowledgeable and friendly tow truck driver. Not sure $420 was fair or market rate for 8:30pm on Friday and towing 16 miles. I realize loading and unloading labor is a more static fee. I’d call them again in the same situation but I’m going to look into AAA.”
“My son was obsessed with getting a BMW. He did alot of research and found one at Right Choice auto sales. I was leery at first but decided to go ahead and get this one for him. I spoke with Siver on the phone who was very nice and held the car for us until we were able to get there. When we arrived, the windshield was cracked. Siver was very helpful, replaced the windshield and thus far we've had zero issues with this car. The dealership is not in a great area and isn't much to look at but the staff there is fantastic. Siver is an upstanding guy and I have no doubt that if I had an issue, he would do whatever he could to help. I would definitely buy a car from there again.”

“Excellent work at a fair price. They are upfront about possible extra repairs that might be needed once they start repairs. They are definitely concerned about the safety of the vehicle. They weren't happy with a used part and asked for an extra day to get a part they felt was safer for the car. They could have easily put the unsafe part on and saved time, but they are honest and care about their customers' safety. Even though the new part cost more, they only charged me the original quote and did a 5-star repair job.”

“I took a used Mini Cooper S from a different (pretty sketchy) car lot to get a pre purchase inspection, and the inspection revealed a huge list of issues with the car, to nobody’s surprise! Jack specifically helped me and advised me not to buy the car. He let me know the shop was selling a low mileage Mini Cooper S, and everyone was super accommodating, answering my many questions, and letting me test drive and thoroughly inspect the car. Lisa was incredibly kind and worked with me to get me a good deal! In addition, they did one repair i requested before purchasing, as well as a safety and emissions inspection. The car also came with a warranty which gave me peace of mind when purchasing. Overall a very friendly and accommodating experience, and I would definitely call this shop trustworthy!”

“When we first moved to Belleville, we took our car to this place simply because they were within walking distance. I was fairly bristling with hostility, as my hubby was deployed and it was just me and my daughters and MIL, so I made sure to double check EVERYTHING they told me. They were good humored and patient, showed me everything they were going to do or had done and they did a great job for a good price. To my mortification, due to a mixup on where my hubby's paycheck was deposited, the check bounced. They called us personally instead of shuffling us directly to another business, or sending it back to bounce again, and very kindly allowed us to make up the payment again, using a check again, after we got it taken care of. Since then, we have never had a lick of trouble with these people. They have even given us rides home when it was raining, or really hot and they didn't want to see us walking home when we dropped off the vehicle. They remember our old vehicles, and this last time, when I, for once, called ahead and told them what needed to be done, they went ahead and pre ordered the stuff they'd need, because they remembered what they were dealing with and knew what they'd need (brake work). Because they are a small shop, we sometimes have to pay for the part to be ordered and delivered before they can make a repair, and that's completely understandable. Because they sometimes get overwhelmed they can take a little longer than some larger places, but since we know that we can work around it. They are scrupulously honest, kind, and go the extra mile for their customers. If they cannot do a repair, they tell you up front and are willing to recommend some local shops that can. They're our first choice, every time.”
“All Wise Towing epitomizes empathy, service, customer satisfaction, and professionalism! My car was in a “dilly of a pickle”. That’s the only way I know how to describe it. Other towing companies came out, looked at it, and told me either they couldn’t do it or wanted to charge me an arm and a leg! “Classic is our go to for all things automotive! The staff is very friendly. They are honest about issues with vehicles and pricing is very fair. My wife was in an accident last year, the tow company showed up in minutes and had the site cleaned up very quickly ensuring everyone was kept safe in a high traffic area. Insurance companies are always trying to push you to their automotive shops which has caused issues for us in the past. We always stand our ground to send our cars to Classic and have never been disappointed!”
