Pharmacy is TERRIBLE! Horrible customer service. They refused to take me 2 mins after 5 just to pick up my dads prescription. Okay fine. I get it. Then the guy on the phone reassured me that the location on Larkin would be able to transfer all My prescriptions over. I called the Larkin location and the one medication we needed most could not be transferred. The guy at the pharmacy clearly said EVERYTHING could be transferred. He failed to mention that there were some exceptions. Either he didn't know what he was talking about or was in a hurry to leave work and failed to do his job well. Great customer service would have been double checking all my prescriptions could be transferred before saying they could. Unfortunately, the medication we needed most was the one they couldn't transfer and my family will just have to figure it out tonight. Pharmacy please make sure to have knowledgeable staff working in your pharmacies. Clearly a customer's health is nothing to be careless about.

Garett & Jessica are awesome people, they are quick to respond to customer concerns and both took their time to help me. Will be coming to this location again, always love go support Carpentersville.

We waited at the checkout for 15 motha fuckin minutes. Every time I go to damn a** walgreens they be taking so long or fingering their buttholes in the bathroom idk whatever it is they needa hurry the f*** up.

Since the changes of the Pharmacist and some staff... they treat you like a number. They're not friendly on PERSON or even on the phone. Yes, you take your job seriously... but it doesn't mean you treat your customers like they're nobody! Remember customers are the reason why you have a job! Jess and Jenn their amazing! The rest ... well??? The Walgreens commercial its false advertisement.

If zero stars were available..... hands down the worst pharmacy ever. After waiting 2 hours for pain medication for surgery that morning was told they didn't have the medicine and they knew I was in the building waiting for it. Never going there again

I was told by my doctor to wait about an hour for my prescription to be ready, so a little over an hour later I went to this Walgreens to pick it up. There were about 2-3 people ahead of me and it took 15 minutes to get through them. Once I finally got to the front I was told it would take about 25 minutes for it to be ready still. So for 25 minutes I wander up and down the aisles of Walgreens, I then get back in line for them to tell me it will still take about 5-10 minutes more. It still wasn't ready after 10 minutes. It's now been 2 hours since my prescription was placed and an hour that I've been in this Walgreens and still no prescription. This is ridiculous and I will not be getting my prescription here any longer.
