Went into this location to get some information in regards of opening a savings account for my daughter. The floor was empty and the only two tellers were open so when I approached them to ask what documents are needed and just in general simple questions like the APR, the teller seemed very confused and was not able to answer my questions with any sort of confidence behind them, she was looking for a supervisor but there was no one to be found so she reached over to the teller next to her to ask her help, but she wasn't much help either. I then went to the BMO on the other side of Carpentersville and Kevin was helpful from the very beginning, he greeted us right away and asked what we needed help with and after discussing with him what are needs were he then informed me of new information that this BMO never told me. The lack of knowledge on answering simple questions and lack of support this branch showed and presents themselves is a little overwhelming for a bank we are interested in putting our hard earned money in.

Josue and the staff at BMO are professional and caring. They take the time to talk with me about my financial situation and my needs. I am so happy that I have chosen this bank. Absolutely fabulous!

Went to 2 separate location wasted and hour and half and waited patiently then get proceeded to get intruped by what appeared to be someone she knows then she preceeded to help them andtalk over my shoulder ingore me while then we she said she was going to go check on my card she again stoped for 5 mins and helped the other people instead of helping someone that had already waited for the after i alrwady waited my turn she then tried ro argue that she had to talk to them but again disnt follow the same protocol i did when i waited for service i will be no longer banking with bmo horrible service

Fix the cash station machines. They NEVER work. Put a sign or cone up when they are out of order so we don’t waste 20 minutes trying to use a broken ATM.

I came here for help to establish my business account. It was by far the best experience. Not only does BMO have no fees, but they also have a program for Latin and woman business owners to get business lending.

I went to buy some $2 bills for my grandchildren for Easter. They had $100 worth ready to sell to me and asked if I had my card with me. I said no. They asked if I was a member of their bank and I said no. My Wells Fargo location closed and the nearest one is in Schaumburg. Harris still wouldn't sell to me. Thanks for breaking the hearts of my grandchildren for no good reason. I thought we were all supposed to help each other at this time.

Went to this bank because of poor service at my last bank. First meeting went okay, consecutive service failures followed. Initially I asked for a business loan and was qualified for a certain amount, with a banker setting up an appointment for me to sign on it two weeks later. They never called me back, so I assumed there was an issue. The day after, I reached out to them, and the banker conveniently forgot my appointment, and somehow, that was the day that credit qualifications changed for their business loans, meaning I fell just short of qualifying. Bank has also charged me four different NSF fees that are their own doing, and have given me the runaround in getting refunded. I would not recommend them.

Only had to use a bank because our HOA does. They say they open at 9am but you have wait because staff isn't ready or friendly! Glad I do business with my local credit union!! It a good reminder of how great they are!!!

Sat and waited for a personal banker in the lobby like the teller said and no one ever came to help me.
