TL; DR:Mac has weekend hours unlike many competitors. Staff was personable from the get-go: making an appointment and in-person. John was a stand-up guy and selflessly helped me out. He made my day!---------------------I'm a good driver, so I was pretty mortified when I backed into a parked vehicle. Total accident, of course. Luckily the other vehicle was fine, but mine had a misaligned rear quarter panel.I looked up body shops in the area, and saw that Mac was one of the few who had weekend hours.I called and made an appointment. They were personable and friendly.We pulled up Saturday at our appointment time. John greeted me, and I explained what happened with my vehicle. He quickly went to assess the problem. He briefly left, came back with some tools, and popped my misaligned quarter panel back in place. He wiped off a few bumper scuffs, told me what it would take to repair it, and gave me a quote.He wouldn't take my money, either.I was totally flabbergasted, and so very thankful. What a truly nice person! He made my day and honestly relieved so much anxiety I had about the financial aspect of what the repair would entail (I wasn't going through insurance).Obviously I highly recommend Mac's and John, and would use them in the future!Service: Body & Trim

These snakes are dishonest and opportunistic. I brought my car in for a simple dent removal and left with a hole drilled in my quarter panel and a bunch of beige body filler smeared all over.Avoid at all costs!

I came into this shop for an estimate and it felt like I was in a bad movie. The staff was rude and unkempt, and they were laughing under their breath at me the whole time I was there. I got a distinct impression that I was being taken for a ride.Take your business elsewhere!

Great customer service and honesty above all!. John was awesome in explaining what was best for me to do to get my car looking better without spending a ton of money on the spot. He touched it up for me for the time being until I know for sure what's the cause of the scratches. Friendly, honest and affordable, what else can you ask for? I'm sure going back!!

Honesty, integrity, fair price, high quality - that about sums up everything that you need in a body shop and that is what Mac Sr and Jr are all about. They took care of my mother in law’s vehicle after an accident and replaced a bumper and some other minor repairs on my vehicle. Top notch work on both - don’t even bother looking at another shop, this is the place to go.
