Everything was excellent! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again. Hopefully next visit we can use more of the amenities.

This location is neat and clean. I had accidentally booked twice for the same weekend. The staff on duty was very attentive to my needs and even went out of their way to see that I got a handicapped accessible room! I will definitely be staying here again in the future. A+ service!

I want to start this off by saying, I’ve never left a bad review for any company ever, so it has taken a lot for me to get to this point. The rooms and facility are nice, but the management is very unprofessional. I left a pair of $150 headphones in my room, which I immediately called the hotel once I realized. I understand that is my fault, but after talking to the General Manager Patty, she informed me that they had the headphones and that they would mail them to me. I talked with Patty on the phone on a Friday, she wrote down my name, address, and email and said they would send them out Monday along with a tracking number to my email. Two weeks later, still no headphones or tracking number, and within that two weeks I had tried to get ahold of Patty 5 times. After leaving several voicemails, which were nicely worded and non threatening, I have been completely ignored and ghosted. I think it is very unprofessional and wrong of them to straight up lie to a customer (especially one who travels there for business several times a year and has an account with them for years) and to then not own up to their actions or even have the decency to have a phone call with whom they have lied to. Everyone has their own experience, but writing this review in hopes that it can help someone else in the future!

This hotel is fantastic. The staff is friendly, the little restaurant is super cool. The rooms are quite comfy. It's perfectly located about 12 minutes from where I work when I'm in town. Will for sure have to remember it next time I'm back in the area. ????

One of the oldest and nicest hotels in the area that holiday Inn owns. It is super clean and looks great. The convention room looks nice and the technology works. The rooms are updated.

Only thing we didn't like was the cigarette smoking going on a few times and the burger theory restaurant. Burgers are good but greasy. Good fries. A lot the items taste weird. The cooks needs cooking lessons.

I recently stayed at the Carol Stream location on the weekend of February 24th. I booked 3 rooms to entertain friends. The staff was extremely helpful in dealing with ALL MY NEEDS. Harish at the front desk had me checked in ahead of schedule with a smile. Michael at the front desk then came to check on me "remembering me from my previous stay". Later that evening Tony at the front desk was kind enough to send my rooms some extra linens and Towels.Although I didn't get down to the restaurant..Christian and his staff at BURGER THEORY are always top notch! "Maybe next time" as always the rooms were clean and welcoming ?. When I originally booked this weekend, there was a slight discrepancy in MY particular room reservation. Luckily "knowing that I ONLY STAY IN THE WHIRLPOOL SUITE, my dear friends in sales. (CHRISTINE GALASSI AND GINA ENGLER) noticed my name in the system and immediately adjusted my reservation. NO SURPISE THERE! Seeing as how Christine and Gina had handled all the details of my recent Halloween themed party I threw at your location in October! Whether I stay for a weekend, or throw a bash in their banquet halls...I'm treated like family. The staff at Carol Stream holiday inn are the best. Thanks again! See you soon. Sincerely, BillyThe Kid

absolutely the most ghetto hotel I have ever stayed at. stayed their 6 times for business with tonight being my absolute last even though it is close to customers and corporate office. they rent "apartments' which are basically rooms to people with no credit who live in these rooms with their entire family. most have no cars, credit etc... that is why they are there paying month to month. checked in one time for business and it was basically a BBW sex thing going on. i received a note under door saying keep your kids out of lobby or pool area. turned out that it was a bunch of bbw women looking to have sex with guys convention or something not really sure what the agenda was. management doesnt seem to care either when my office called them. michael maybe ?

Stayed for a long stay and have to say that the service was great. Rooms were well maintained and clean. I can't speak for the gym or the pool but it seemed well maintained. Service workers were great and welcoming. Burger theory tastes good too!

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks during the holidays. The housekeeping crew were friendly and did a fantastic job! The front desk staff were very nice. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back on our next trip!

Rooms are very nice, service is great. Bring your swim suit, pool is very nice and a HOT TUB.Rooms: Beds are very comfortable, clean.Nearby activities: With in a few miles has everything, malls, Walmart. Right across st is Duncan donuts.Food & drinks: No vending, but has a24/7 shopping nook. Ice on every floor. No continental breakfast, but they do have coffee and hot cocoa that are free
