Carlyle NAPA will be my new go to.I used to go to oreillys across the road.... until today.... Adam was training Evan. Adam was not only knowledgeable and friendly, he made sure Evan knew how to treat a customer correctly. It was great to see Adam take his time and do a great job changing my battery. I had a lot of corrosion on my line and he even cleaned that for me. Great service! And it was $30 cheaper than the battery I was quoted across the street. Thank you Adam!

Carlyle Napa has made a customer for life. Five stars isn't enough! They went through so much work and helped so much putting on my new wipers that were a somewhat odd make. All the staff tried to help and worked well together. I can't say enough about how great their customer service is!!!
Also the store is clean and the prices are great. Never again will I go to one of the big box stores for automotive needs. Also they offer a 10% student discount! If you want superior service and to avoid any headaches stop by there. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
