This post office is a real gem. Everyone is always super nice and helpful. The wait is never unreasonable for how many people there are. The only negative is not the fault of anyone who works there. They need more staff. They are seriously overworked. I've seen some days where they have to argue with people so they can take a lunch.. Well, I hope they read this because I appreciate them and how much they put up with.

Horrible. I have a huge sign and they refuse to drop my package off because I “don’t have a mailbox”.First of all, I have a huge SIGN it’s obvious where it needs to go as I put the business name on the label.Second, weather I had one or not it WOULDN’T FIT IN THE MAILBOX ANYWAY.She says it’s not their job to walk it up to the porch and deliver it to me so even though they’ve been driving around with it for two days and it is now Friday I can wait until next week to get my box at their facility.Horrible horrible horrible

I live in an apartment complex with communal set of post office boxes. Each resident has a clearly marked and locked box as well as 2 large locked boxes for packages. I have on multiple occasions had mail misdelivered or items that should have been placed in the large package box just crumpled and shoved into the box. When I go talk to them I get the same excuse of we will talk to the driver, but nothing actually gets done

Carbondale IL mail carrier lied about having no access to my residence in their notation.The delivery was coming from Amazon scheduled for yesterday. At 6:21pm all of a sudden an update pops up from Amazon that my residence did not have access for delivery and USPS will attempt again. I was outside on driveway cleaning the interior of my car from 5:30pm onwards.It is disgusting & shameful to lie blatantly.Amazon should deliver all the way through UPS instead of using mis-managed and bankrupt USPS.

I live 3 miles from Carbondale IL. I get my mail everyday at 5:30pm! They have lost important mail several times. How can I make any plans getting mail after business hours??? NO EXCUSE!!!!
